This office building consists of 58,512 GSF and 50,163 NSF located on the grounds of McGhee Tyson Airport. Blankenship & Partners, LLC was responsible for the design of the overall base building and all tenant spaces. It is presently occupied by Safe Skies Alliance, V. Alexander & Co., Merchant & Gould and Windham Professionals. Future Phase II and III Office Buildings are also included in the Masterplan of this office park. Due to its close proximity to McGhee Tyson Airport Terminal, all exterior colors and textures were selected to be compatible with the Terminal and complimentary to its neighborhood.
